By accessing or using OpenClaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

OpenClaw provides cloud-hosted AI assistant sandbox environments. Users can create and manage isolated MicroVM instances to run OpenClaw.

3. Account Registration

You must authenticate via a supported provider (GitHub, Google, or WeChat) to use our services. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

A one-time $1.00 card verification charge is required to activate your account. This charge is refunded automatically and is used solely for anti-abuse verification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OpenClaw for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to abuse shared infrastructure, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for maintenance or policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

OpenClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
